1. Only the All-Weather brand is rated by 3M to withstand heat in excess of 120?

3. Only the Professional HVAC is rated by 3M to "seal and prevent air leakage".
4. Only the Professional HVAC is rated by 3M for Industrial HVAC applications and Ventilation Ducts".
So you see Russell, you are not far from being correct. And I am not trying to "cover my assests".
Here is a more correct call out for that situation:
Possible Concern: The heat pump duct that is passing through the ceiling in the closet has been sealed with a "type" of Duct Tape. Unable to visually ascertain or determine if the product used is rated for HVAC.
This way you are doing your job of Reporting What You See.
By the way Steve...I suggest that you save this PDF and print it out for "show and tell" when you meet again with the concerned parties...and by the way, if at all possible I always want to meet face to face with my client...shows professionalism and character.
