Todd, I don’t know who most chapter presidents are as there are too many. Besides, NACHI does not as you say “name” them. Every member is free to from his/her own chapter http://www.nachi.org/form.htm
Anyway, check out http://www.indianaflats.com as an example of how a pulp newspaper wouldn’t work. It won’t work for digital video podcasts like www.nachi.org/nachtv.htm either. However, I’ll keep my eyes open to the future and the day they figure out how to stick downloadable books and video streams inside Benjamin Franklin’s newspaper, I’ll go back to the presses and ink.
