When do these come out? The other one still wanted $25 before they would give you a free website. If it still costs something please let me know as well. Thank you in advance

has been in the works for some time and much of it is done already. I don’t know where to begin describing all the parts that are going into this monster but off the top of my head I guess that some of the parts include the following little phases:
Basically Operation Shelf Space has the goal of making non-member's websites (and therefore all the money and energy that non-members put into them)... in a word... worthless. We are doing this through 3 avenues of attack:
1. Creating more NACHI member websites to flood the internet.
2. Creating more NACHI websites to direct traffic to NACHI member websites.
3. Increasing the search engine ranking of both the aforementioned by interweaving them all (we're creating our own inspection industry web within the web).
We want non-members who are silly enough to waste their hard earned money on a website to come up on page 37 in search engine result pages. And we are succeeding.

(whether they know it or not), as is REAL Property Times, Inspector’s Quarterly http://www.nachi.org/iq.htm , local NACHI Chapters and their sites, NACHI events http://www.nachi.org/events.htm , InterNACHI, ADRS, and eventually CMI (I hope ).
Since success in the home inspection business is dependent on nearly all marketing and almost no salesmanship (a home inspector typically doesn't meet his client until AFTER he has been hired), we are running a coordinated attack to control where this inspection industry is headed and maybe already sitting. Non-members should not waste their money on websites that won't be found.

Hi all,
Jon Everett here. I’ll be working with Media Karma to provide all NACHI members with a free nachi member web site to promote your business online . There is no additional cost to members for the standard nachi member site! We will also be implementing and rolling out premium services to further customize your site and ad advanced tools.
In speaking with Russel Spriggs this afternoon the topic of search engine optimization came up. One of the best ways to get better results on Google is to leverage the massive web presence that NACHI has already developed. So, here?s a quick and easy tip that Nick hasn’t let slip yet: Put “Nick Gromicko” in your web site?s Meta name=?keywords? tag. That?s right, It?s as easy as referencing Nick?s name, which is inextricably tied to NACHI? search engine presence, and is one of the best ways to help google properly index your site for home inspection industry related searches!
Here is how it should look for the do-it-your-selfers:

Don't forget that will also link you to the 'negative press'. Need I say more.
Erol
Erol, We're only talking about visibility of an inspector's webpage, not individual preferences or politics. By posting here, haven't you been similarly "linked"?
If there are so many of us who enjoy being NACHI members, can we not suffer our illusions without being harried?
Thanks!

your website properly. The more confident that a search engine (like google) is in their indexing of your site (in other words the more sure they are that your site has something to do with home inspections) the higher they will rank it on home inspector search result pages… Ranking is important if you want consumer traffic to come to your site.
One of our techies figured out and produced for me a list of these key words to include on home inspector's websites... much to my surprise my own name, Nick Gromicko, was on it.
Stop whining Erol. You don't have to listen to Jon if you don't want to. You don't have to come here at all. You're not even a member.
It is clear that this tech stuff is over your head (no offense... it's over mine too). Perhaps I can ask Jon to translate it into a language you can understand....Whinese!

Don’t get me wrong… I can’t even communicate with these tech guys in English.
If you look back at Jon's post... which in my opinion was one of the top ten most helpful posts ever made on this message board (you can lead a horse to water ) you will notice he used the word " inextricably."
What does that mean?
Anyway, Jon's post was one of the best pieces of advice ever found on this message board. He was only trying to be helpful... something those who can only speak Whinese, criticize him for.
He is full of great tips... and words like "inextricably"
Let's keep him posting and helping.
If you see any posts written by bashers in the language of Whinese... just skip over them.
