What's killing us right now is pace. I thought for sure once spring hit (although I'm still getting snow up here in the Rockies  ) that NACHI would slow down a little. No such luck. We didn't even level off. We are continuing to increase in pace. http://www.nachi.org/whats_new.htm Aimee met with me and the entire staff this afternoon (we sat around a big table for 2 hours) and laid out a plan of attack to keep up. I think if we can get through the summer NACHI might finally hit its peak and level off. I hope. Growing pains are getting tiresome.

Funny you should mention it. Staff asked Joe Farsetta just today if they could send about 10 NACHI members ASHI applications instead of renewal forms. Joe said they could but not in NACHI envelopes. So if you get an ASHI application out of the blue you know where it came from. They even agreed to all pitch in and pay for one fella to jump ship.

Unfortunately Nick I don’t think that these growing pains will ever stop.
The pace the membership is growing is staggering to say the least. I believe there were almost (if not more) 100 new members last week alone.
More and more members are beginning to promote NACHI, so I wouldn't expect at that rate, for anything to slow down.
There will always be pains. As the fire is put out in one place it will be sure to appear in another.
In this month alone up here, some of the members in Ontario are marketing NACHI directly to Realtors. I know of two Realtor galas that will be having NACHI brought to them by their invitation. The Realtors that are receiving this direct marketing exceed 300 with more to come.
We are now in talks with three other Real estate Boards in Ontario. They too are searching for education and it is being brought to them by our NACHI members.
The summer is only heating up! Get ready!
