I like that Nick., now id that gets them to call and now you can’t sell them on you and your services, well time to go and reevaluate your overall marketing techniques. Of course there will always still be the guy that truly is just looking for the cheapest price no matter what., in those cases you can’t win, but I really don’t get too many of those types myself.

I heard that dozens, if not hundreds of REA’s here went on a cruise. They will all be back Monday. Buck, me, Dan Bowers, are all dead in the water so far this month. It is not only me.

I hear the franchises are hammering offices, offering “perks”, etc. Money/inspection fees flow out of state to their main offices, and flows out again, to whom knows where besides the inspector. These “companies” hire "inspectors at $12 bucks an hour. Should be illegal, IMO. In the rumor mill.

Looking forward to it Nick! Business here in Kentucky is dead as well and I am using the time to reboot my marketing. Just finished a complete website remodel and am looking at other more direct marketing ideas…this seems like a great one.
