I have received a lot of E-mails from people requesting to take this course. I would like to clarify the fact that the Commercial Building Inspection Course in New Hampshire is for FOR NACHI MEMBERS ONLY and our invited guests.
I had no idea that ASHI, NAHI, and “Independents” were monitoring this thread. Any of you may contact the Kaplan schools and take the course for $669.00 dollars
It is offered on a regular basis. Sorry …
PS:
You could always join NACHI and save not only on this course but on many others.
The Denver course was a blast! We learned a lot of good and useful information. It was great meeting you, it was good to put “faces with names” and I really enjoyed the camaraderie.
I have yet to receive the flash light, but when I do I will put it to good use.
Cheers!
Hi David!
Yes I did. It was great! Our instructor Mike Nelson is a dynamic speaker. He knows the subject matter, and can explain it in a clear, and concise manner.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone, and especially those who are interested in the commercial building inspection field.
I think that you will be very happy attending this course in New Hampshire, I know that all of our members are very excited!
We are ironing out the final arrangements as to the date and location. I will keep everyone informed.
Congratulations to our newest member for the Commercial Building Inspection Course.

Frank,
If the course is held on that date, I will not be teaching it, I have a previous comittment, which is why I was trying for the following weekend, I would prefer the3rd, 4th and 5th of May if possible,
Uh, oh! Mike’s website has a NACHI logo (along with ASHI, etc) but it does not list his NACHI membership on the same line of text and in equal prominence with his other affiliations, and this - according the powers that be - is a cardinal sin, punishable by revokation of membership.
In fact, he has a link to the ASHI virtual tour, but no corresponding NACHI links. Sounds like trouble!
