Are we inspecting this as a commercial property using the IBC or a 1-4 residential property using IRC or is neither of those applicable?
IBC and UBC. I don’t believe that the IRC covers 4-plexes. Correct me if I’m wrong. Wouldn’t be the first time or the last.
