Complytraq inspections

I keep getting email requests from “complytraq.com” for inspections… using their form, plus 5 pictures. They started offering $25 for the inspection, but apparently, since they got no response, they’ve “upped the ante” to $35. I don’t need the work, I’ve got plenty, but I’m wondering if any other inspectors have experience with them.
