I’m with you guys. Stay safe. I hope you guys have plenty of stuff to do at home. This is a great time to spend in the office and get caught up on CE. Try not to go crazy by staying in your office all day though, get out in the yard a little and maybe do some home maintenance, too.

Did mine today. Missed two questions I should not have missed.

I haven’t done an inspection in weeks. I’m postponing doing any for a while. I have an 18mo at home and my wife is pregnant with our 2nd, plus my normal job is on a boat and I’ll be fired so quick of I got the covid and brought it there haha.
Win some you lose some I guess. Ill take this time to rack up even more CEU’S.
This course looks informative though.

Great job, Bert.

What can you do when you don’t have an inspection scheduled?

Smart inspectors who are serious about their business will stay on top of their game by continually learning, including taking the COVID-19 Course.

Inside the recent article “Home Inspectors Are About to Enjoy a Large Increase in Demand” are some additional things inspectors can do to help their company and themselves.

That was a good course Ben. I don’t inspect anymore, but doesn’t hurt to be well informed.

Keep your family safe Bud! We’re a family of 5 with 3 young kids. Things are quiet here as well. We also have 20plus properties that we do maintenance on, but it’s not worth the risk at this time. Things will improve!

Wise decision Jacob, and with all the CEU’s you have time to accumulate get them submitted for one of these for 2020.
