Cripple wall leaning

Hey this cripple wall was leaning about 1 inch per foot. What would a repair for this be?

We don’t design repairs, usually, we refer them out to the appropriate qualified professional.

Refer it out to a qualified masonry contractor that uses the services of a S.E.

Thanks Larry, I agree. I’m going back for a reinspection. A contractor repaired without an engineer.





I stopped by to take some pictures. Looks like a page coat on the foundation wall. The cripple wall that was leaning perpendicular to the foundation has been straightened. The wall leaning parallel is the same. Contractor added columns and beams with no poured concrete. I think he was trying to level floors

Trees sure can damage buildings. That ABS pipe placement would be out of the ordinary in this area.
