Perhaps this will help get you going down the right path.
I do not ever recommend that any inspector use another’s narratives verbatim, but it can surely help get you started. Just be sure to rewrite EVERY narrative IN YOUR OWN WORDS and STYLE!
Take the “context”, but change to your style of talking that YOUR clients will best comprehend and associate to YOU!
As for “Permissions”, Nick posted with Gary’s permission, so have at it. Changing the narratives to your own wording and style will help prevent Copywrite Laws if someone bitches about it.
