well i still work full time as head maintenance at a big complex here in N.H. so i don’t have as much time as i’d like to get out and advertise. i visit as many morgage and real estate places as i can while out, plus i give bus. cards to everyone i meet or know. some of my usual establishments that i frequent let me put a stack of cards out, and a few people i know are r.e. agents. I also put a card on every house i see thats empty and for sale. still nothing.???

Judging by interior photos it would appear someone is a lousy housekeeper. By chance was the house carpeted? Carpet can hold large amounts of dust, dirt, et ceteras, also is the house in a high traffic area or industrial area?

I just did a very nice home . The basement walls where made of plywood.
I could only find one small area to confirm what I suspected.
This home burned wood big time and you could see in the ceiling of the
finished rec room 15 inches wide 24 feet long dark sections miss two
sections and another 16 by 24 the next the same .
The client asked me what caused this and I said they burned wood the
smoke got into the rec room and the section above was not sealed
properly so a cool draft could come in one side of the home and out the other .
It really showed up well . Sorry I did not take pictures .
The out side wall looked like concrete it was asbestos board.
Fooled all but us My wife recognized it first and did not tell me
to see if I would also get it . (we play these little games) on each other.
I showed him it was wood. I expect he is not going to buy it.
