Also, now that I’m here, I have a builder telling me the 2018 irc does NOT require back flashing behind a deck ledger board. Not only that, they cut through the house wrap removing the siding and have not sealed it back.
The ledger is attached to the house already unfortunately. How would you remedy the lack of back flashing behind the ledger?
