Larry, how would they be used on stairs?

Dennis, I missed the stair sway comment and was thinking deck…my bad.
Just some diagonal bracing would work but, I’ve never had that problem with building deck stairs so that must have led to my overlooking that comment.
A light over the stair would be good to have as well.
The landing at the bottom is also deficient.
