Does anyone know of a source where I can get PDF diagrams illustrating various components of a property on CD? - except Carson Dunlop.

Peter, that Carson Dunlop CD is comprehensive but fairly pricey, isn’t it? As I recall, $300 or $400 U.S.??

I missed that. It can be found where exactly

Is there a complete index to the NACHI somewhere? This place has so much info. Sometimes it is hard to find or even know what exists.

I would be careful with using those images for anything other than reference.

Carson Dunlap has copyrights to those images and it could get VERY messy if they decide to enforce their copyright!

Jeff,

Your right. I was contacted by C&D and have deleted their stuff. I think I might just use actual photos and annodate them.

Paul,

Wow. That's kind of scary. I promise I didn't rat you out! ![icon_smile.gif](upload://b6iczyK1ETUUqRUc4PAkX83GF2O.gif)

Go to Porter Valleys website. www.pvsoftware.com

They sell a CD with illustrations like that on it. $200 is kind of steep, but at least they are legal to use!
