Double lugged neutrals?

I am working on my mock inspections, when I came across an interesting situation. A distribution panel, that I inspected had multiple instances of two neutral conductors (both 14 AWG), on one lug. As listed on the distribution panel label, I read it as allowing two (2) 14 AWG conductors, among other options.

A couple of days ago this house was inspected and called out for this. My question isn’t necessarily to say the inspector wrong. If this was an actual inspection did I make a mistake?

The bolded above refers to grounding conductors (bare)…NOT grounded conductors (neutral).

Basic rule, never more than one neutral per hole in the neutral bar.

Thank you all, for you feedback, I understand it’s a newb question. It was really nice to have this inspected after I looked at it.

Carl, as Robert stated/inferred, the NEC has not allowed doubled Neutrals in many, many decades (contrary to most sparky’s knowledge).
As for the Label… if you look at the bottom of the photo, it states… * = For Equipment Grounding Only

Thank you.

Nice pic of the label, etc. I won’t have one that accessible but maybe every other month

There are no stupid questions, Carl. We are here to learn and have fun…well, most of us.

Think of it as a field full of gold learning nuggets and turds. We all try to ignore the turds and pick up the gold learning nuggets.
