Hi Zak, the tile in the figure labeled ‘barrel’ looks like a barrel hip/ridge cap.Barrel tile in this area generally have this type of configuration:

Boral makes a similar profile, Barcelona:

Low Profile (flat), Medium Profile (M or Double Roll) and High Profile ( S or Barrel) are common terminology here.
