I agree. Going to continue training and shop around for a better quote. Maybe interNACHI expands coverage into Canada soon.

I have insurance quotes in place but have not taken on a company as yet. It is crazy expensive. I have started inspections but just done a few. I did make sure my business was incorporated before I started inspecting.
Totten and HUB are together.

Yup and they don’t cover mold and asbestos I believe.
We’re just under $4000 for the year. We only have E&O through Totten. Our GL is through Cooperators.
So kinda one inspection a month to pay for the insurance.

Your with Totten, I was told they don’t cover mold or asbestos. Did you get coverage for that or not bother about it?
Funny. I have cooperators for home and auto. Contacted them first. Couldn’t do anything for me. Broker helped with quote from Totten. Totten would only quote if they did both.
