Just because a homeowner or a home or city inspector or a nitwit interior basement system bubblehead saels-moron etc does NOT see any crack on the inside of a block or brick basement wall does not ever mean there aren’t 1++ EXTERIOR cracks. You cannot fix any of these cracks by adding a1,000’ long downspout extension.
