Hello people! I am a 25 year old currently out of work. I recentlly injured my spine as an electrican and have to pursue a new career. I would like to become a home inspector.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I need advice on where to get training/education. I live in Pasadena, California… Whats a good way to get started on this? Any help is appreciated!!!

Welcome to NACHI. My husband had a spinal-cord injury as well. Unfortunately he is paralyzed from the chest down.

Thanks Wendy! I was thinking of just taking some Real Estate courses at UCLA and then trying to work under a home inspector… or a home inspection company… think that would be hard to do/good idea?? I dont have money to be taking these 7 days courses for thousands of dollars. Seems unnecessary too.
