I’m on the west coast, but my brother-in-law is in St. Louis. He just told me of an article he’d seen in a RE or ??? magazine that one of the NACHI members in Kansas City (Dan Bowers with a group called PITI) had been named “Educator of the Year for 2003” by the national association of home inspectors (Nahi).

The article also said he had been on Ashi's National board of directors 2 or 3 times in the past 15 years and that he teaches classes for home inspectors, realtors and appraisers. The article said he'd been named "Inspector of the Year" by their state association a couple of
years ago. Do a lot of the NACHI Members belong to other groups also?

According to a prior post there are apx 30-40% members of this org are members of other orgs

Dan Bowers is also a member of this org. and shares valuable HI information here

Presently I am a member of ashi and this org

I find that I gain from both.

You’ll notice that some posters will state ashi as as$i, I find the $ means more $$$$ to me by being a member
