EIFS identification question

Is this EIFS? House was built 1998. The lower panel (the part with the crack) is the block wall foundation. Above that is a siding system that is more “hollow” sounding when tapped. A plastic joint is in between. It definitely has a OSB substrate underneath, above the foundation, (seen from inside crawl space). I could not see any foam-type panels. Guessing that this is EIFS. How can I know for sure?

Thought so. But it’s my first. Wanted to be sure and thought I’d bounce it off the experts.

Thanks a lot.
