I have been looking but cannot seem to find anything. Are there any minimum size requirements for entrance to a crawl space or is it if you can squeeze in it is big enough? Thanks for the help.

Larry;

Here in Texas there are specific limitations. The inspector
is not required to enter a crawl space or any areas where
headroom is less than 18 inches and the width of the
access opening is less than two feet, or where the
inspector reasonably determines conditions or materials
are hazardous to health or safety of the inspector.

OSHA also has many other requirements as they consider a crawl space to be a confined or enclosed space. Their standards indicate level of O2
("oxygen-deficient atmosphere" means an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of less than 19.5 percent by volume.)
