Error message ssl=0x7e28aee008: I/0 error during system call

I can’t upload the inspection I did on Saturday, the error message says Failed to send report to cloud Write error: ssl=0x7e28aee008: I/0 error during system call, Broken pipe, I tried uploading a different report and it was fine. I rebuilt the report on my desktop and recovered the pictures which was a pain and took a lot of time I just want to know what happened!! anybody had this error?

Were you using Homeguage? I’ve had similar errors when the file size is too large. If that’s the case, try manual transfer from device to your computer.
