It’s a system that uses A.I. You upload your inspection report to it and it “professionalizes” it. Of course it checks for spelling and grammar, but also enhances the texts to read better with a variable level of depth that you choose. It also produces a summary sheet and eventually will price out the cost of repairs and replacements.
I call it:
“Tthe Professionalizer”

I think there has been discussion in the past that some E&O providers do not allow this.
How can it price out costs and repairs? Ask 3 different contractors for a price your going to get 3 very different numbers… I guess ive never used anything but my own software for inspection reports. excell and word. combine to make report.
Does the company guarantee anonymity of every report downloaded?
