Good catch! Our tech team got turned into an on-boarding team this week to keep up. It would seem a the footer links slipped through the cracks. They should be up and running by end of day tomorrow.

Absolutely! I have 3 inspectors in the STL area and 2 of us would trade off phone duties when the other was working or doing something that they couldnt answer the phone. We have always made it a point not to answer the phone when we were with clients or agents. So naturally we would miss calls when clients were calling around getting quotes, and by the time we got back to them they had booked with someone else. Donna, our Virtual Assistant, texts those clients back as soon as the call is missed and goes through the booking process. Donna knows our services, prices, will sell add ons, and then put them on the schedule. Ive averaged 2 per week with Donna!

Its definitely not for everyone, however, it can be fine tuned to simply get the conversation going too. Automatically get the conversation rolling while still being able to dedicate your attention to the task at hand. Then when you are able, you can take over the conversation from the Assistant. If someone says “can you just call me?” The Assistant alerts the company user or admin.

No value. People will simply hang up. It is equated to spam calls.

I could see how it could be misconstrued that way. However, its not a spam call, its a text response from the Company the client attemted to call. The Assistant dosnt cold call clients. Have a good day!

We all receive tons of spam calls.
As soon as the fake person comes on, most will hang up. They’ll shop elsewhere.
Perhaps you should offer your child for free & let the members judge & rate their experience.

I think there’s a disconnect here, Marc. Its not a call, its a text. Imagine you called a company looking to get prices but they didnt answer. Then you get a text from that company asking if you need any assistance.

I would find that creepy and invasive. The company didn’t answer…their loss.

And, I know the younger generations do some things differently but still…creepy to me.

The text will be looked on as annoying probing & the public wants a human inspector to speak with.
Not a programmed text that will be seen as a waste of consumer time.
I’ll hang up quickly & try to reach out to a real person, the reason I called.

Creepy is an interesting take, i get it though. However, we have an awesome text back rate from clients. Have a good one, Larry!
