If you experience that, it means you should really consider the advice it is providing based on your answers to those very questions, because it would help you on more than one front at the same time.
For example: If you have a very thick accent, the system will ask you if you want to consider using a call center to schedule your inspections. Then if you also reveal that you are hard of hearing, it will ask you to consider it again… as a call center will hit two birds with one stone for you, helping with both issues.
