I do the pool inspections myself. Its an add on service, not part of a standard inspection. I use an underwater camera housing for photos. (It also does a mighty fine job in the ocean on vacations)

There are a lot of pools here. But no one else is offering this type of service in Arizona (to my knowledge)
The cost of the equipment was not bad, but I have a lot of it for another purpose. Scuba diving. My husband is an underwater photographer and he bought an underwater camera set up for me (so I would have something to do while he was taking photos of sea creatures) I immediately saw a use for it in inspections!
Its mostly a conversation starter, but it helps when I can make a few bucks off it as well.

If I am doing the home inspection at the same time, its an additional $100. If it is only a pool (for a H.O. association for example) it is a $250. fee.
Because of the added cost, this a service that usually, only upper scale homes (higher $$$) ask for.

Great idea Cheryl;
There's a great pool inspection/leak detection company here in SoCal, called "Water Savers". They also dive the pool, do dye checks at the plaster cracks, disassemble the manifold and bring their own compressors to pressure test all the subsurface plumbing. Their standard pool inspection runs about $350.00 and takes about 2-3 hours depending on size and configuration.
