Filled holes around middle perimeter of basement

Can someone confirm for me if this is a termite treatment or something else?
Thanks

Termite treatment would be a safe assumption.

I guess it was for subterranean termite control…?..
I’ve seen some screwed up treatments before, this one is up there WTF
Are those holes filled/sealed? They are way too close to each other.

Wow, overkill treatment! I am guessing they wanted to be sure to get it inside every cavity of every block. But it is now so perforated, I wonder if there will be a structural problem, lol.

Thank you gentlemen.

Yes they are sealed, and in some areas it cracked the mortar joints. No signs of water penetration, yet

If my guy drilled treatment holes that close, the chemical would shoot out
of the adjacent hole back in the face… if this doofus was using the correct amount of “sealed pressure” for treatment it was a mess or tons of dead holes, which might explain why there was so many.
