I have recently completed all my courses and am certified as a home inspector. I live in Delaware and I am having a hard time getting a job as a home inspector trainee. In Delaware, it required to be hired by someone who licensed and do 75 inspections job with that person before I become licensed myself. Very frustrated and have been applying in other states, Florida, Texas, South Carolina.
Any recommendation to how I can just get a job as an entry level to get going?

On the old forum there was a link to all the inspectors in each state. You could email fastreply@InterNACHI.org and ask for that link. Then choose the states that you would move to and work in and start emailing or phoning all the inspectors in each state until you get some interested companies…not just one but several and converse with each until you connect with a company that is good for you and good for them.
Also, there have been some “now hiring” requests on the forum in the last month or so. Use the spy glass at the top right to search for those links.
