Yes … but I believe it would be wrong to consider it such.
Yes, it “could”, but it still needs to carry the rating.
Is this in residential or commercial?
It would have to have the UL rating on the hinge side of the door leaf. The glass used to have to be wire glass but that may have changed. Commercially the jamb would also need to have a rating but residentially I believe just the door.
