Fired Rated Dates

Can anyone give me some dates on when the following were implemented into building code.


1)Fire rated material between garage and living space.


2)Fire rated entry door between the garage and living space.


3)Self closer on the above mentioned door.


I assume that these were all at the same time, but I have always been taught never to assume.


Do must of you guys comment on the fire rating of the above or do you disclaim it with something like"Determining the heat resistance rating of firewalls and doors is beyond the scope of this inspection."

I don't think to many guys down here in northern Louisiana comment on it.
