Hey Everyone. This is my first post but I’ve been reading for a while now. I’m getting ready to start the long journey to try to make it in this business. I’m glad I found this site and I’ll tell you why. Like others, just because I have a background in home repair (25 years) I thought I could jump right in and take off. But thanks mostly to this forum, I see I have a long ways to go. I see I don’t know quite as much as I thought I did. I’m getting ready to start my training online and I know it’s only the first step. I’m not naive enough to think after I complete training that I’m ready to go out on my own and I want to thank this forum for opening my eyes to that reality. There’s a lot to be learned and I’m willing to be like a sponge and soak all of it up I can. I will be asking a lot of questions and seeking a lot of advice. No matter how long it takes, I’m willing to put in the effort it’s going to take.
None of us do.
Welcome and good luck in business

Welcome Danny,
The only person who knows everything about home inspection has yet to be born (sorry Mike Meeker you are not that person). I learn new things every day and also every time I read and participate on the boards. Visit often, ask lot of questions and make some friends.
We wish you success.
