I have a wind Mitigation on this home coming up. Limited attic space but should be enough to get my job done. What im wondering is what is likey the roof to wall connection ? Should I be looking for anchor bolts or will it more than likely still be some sort of clips or straps? Home is 2008 build. Im not sure why lately but ive been doing more and more wind mitigations on homes after 2002 when I was under the impression most built after that era are required to be fully mitigated and already inspected by the municipal inspector so these insurance companies should know these homes are already fully mitigated for the most part. I did a 2023 build on the water in clearwater a few weeks ago which was kind of shocking that an insurance company would need a wind mit.
