The folks at the Gulfstream ASHI were very nice and Nick did an AWESOME job...as usual.
And no, for those of you who think Jerry and I are avoiding each other, we had a great time together and Jerry took the time to explain his vision for the group that has been meeting. The Gulfstream ASHI Chapter, it seems, will soon become an independent association comprised of inspectors from various associations. Basically a place for inspectors to gather, regardless of who they belong to individually.
After Nick spoke, I did an invitation to join NACHI and 11 of those at the meeting have decided to join!
I want to welcome the new Florida guys!

Harvey recently suffered a shoulder injury and can’t climb ladders so I am sending him a SpectoScope. He and I are collaborating on a Home Inspection magazine which NACHI will be publishing.
