Kinda suprised INTERNACHI doesn’t offer a software program, or updated forms for download . . .
@gromicko actually had a pretty good explanation for why he doesn’t have a NACHI software developed. Good or bad, there’s a good chance it would dominate the industry, just due to so many inspectors coming to NACHI for training. By staying out of the software business, it allows other companies to compete, which actually pushes the technology envelope much further than if one software is dominate.

HomeGauge developed NACHIgauge about 2005 or so.
It was a total POC, and it disappeared about 2009.
