Hi everyone, I’m Jon, a Florida inspector and the builder behind Warrior Inspection Network.
I built WIN around a part of insurance inspections that always felt unnecessarily scattered: researching the property, collecting photos, and getting that information into the report.
The feature I’d like to show here is permit prefill. Enter the property address, and WIN pulls available county permit history into the report before you head out. You can review that information, then collect your findings and photos in the field.
Permit records aren’t a substitute for verifying what’s actually installed. Coverage and record detail vary, and missing information still needs investigation.
WIN supports wind mitigation, 4-point, and full home inspections. If you already use Spectora or another platform, you can try an insurance report alongside your existing workflow before deciding whether it’s useful to you.
I’m opening 10 spots for a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required. I’d especially like feedback from Florida inspectors who regularly do insurance inspections.

For those doing wind mits and 4-points: how are you handling permit research now—county websites, another service, or something else?
