Does anyone have a stand alone Pre-Inspection agreement for Roof certification that they can share?

You mean for a Citizens or other homeowner’s insurance roof cert?

No not the actual inspection form that gets filled out and sent to the insurance company. I’m looking for a Pre-Inspection Agreement that the client and inspector sign between them which outlines basically the scope of the inspection and what to expect
