I just passed my final exam and now I am looking for some real life practical experience. Anyone willing to allow me to shadow them for a few inspections, pick their brains, and learn from the pros? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I like to schedule ride-alongs for raised foundation inspections.

FNG huh? Must be former military.

It was nice to see that you included your location in the subject title. It'll get more reads that way.

You might also want to go to www.findaninspector.us and find inspectors about an hour away from you. That way you won't be competing with them.

Hey Erby:

If I am in Cincinnati, Ohio someday and want to come over the bridge into Kentucky, can I ride along too?

I would not say a word, unless you really wanted me too mention what I see?

Can you save the worst and oldest one for me so I can take some pictures?

I might even include our inspection in a new DVD to be developed soon?
