The foundation wall on this was damaged under the front porch, facing west. This was not visible from the exterior of the home, only from a partially excavated section of the crawl space. The soil under the porch was eroding and washing into the home. The area did not appear to ever have been repaired. This can cause future structural issues throughout the interior of the home as well as the basement and crawl space; The foundation wall should be repaired to provide structural support to this section of the home as well as prevent further erosion, moisture intrusion, and pest infestation.
