John,
That sounds like a good idea to me. You should contact the webmaster and forward that suggestion to him by email, since I really doubt he has time to read every thread on the BB.

How about also having a ?Building Codes? section, where people can ask code related questions, or hash out code discussions/debates if they are so inclined so as not to get sidetracked by code discussions/debates in other inspection related topics?

That makes a lot of sence…
When I first logged onto the message board I was impressed that it was layed out in groups
Ie. electrical, plumbing, interior, exterior
It would make it easier to find related topics if we catorgoize each section
****BIG BONUS***
We get a lot of great input from proffesionals in specific trade interest....this would let them look in arear of specific detail they are interested in
The sorces would be good and all would benefit

John … maybe your right about keeping the code references within the topics so as to not fragment things too much, now that I think about it again. Blaine tends to agree with you too.
Just throwing out ideas to try and help keep the topics on subject instead of turning into long code debates/discussions and losing the point of the posts (I am occasionally guilty there too).
Okay ... I agree. How about just adding the "Structure" topic then. Sounds like a good idea to me.
