Manny, don’t mail your brochures to the real estate office. Do what Claire explained in her post #6, it is dead on. By-Pass the real estate offices and mail your brochure directly to the real estate agent at his/her office. It is illegal for a real estate office manager/owner/broker to open the U.S. post office stamped mail addressed to any independent agent. Also by-pass the real estate office by mailing out your brochure directly to the sellers in you area as most of them are looking for homes in your local market and will need a home inspector soon.
I’d be interested as well.
Thanks!
Claire, I wouldn’t mind seeing what you could come up with.

Claire,
I know your (10) have posted already, but, I would be interested.
Also good information in post #6, thanks
I just did my first Move In Certified last week. We’ve given the seller two weeks to correct the defects and then I will adjust the report to show the corrections. I will then put the yard signs out. No one in my area does a true “Move In Certified” inspection, so I am on my own with this crusade.
I mail post cards to sellers in my area. I get the addresses right from Trulia. I just started doing it, so I don’t know how it will work. I will try to mail brochures to agents, that seems like a good idea.
You only get out of this what you put in to it!
Awesome thanks guys, Check back for links to your brochures, and sent me an e-mail and I’ll be happy to forward you the PDF.

Heres the newest! I’ve love some feedback
Heres another, Alota Home Inspection, tell me what you think
Hi Claire,
Not sure if this is the type of feedback you are looking for but…on the Eagle brochure, I find it pretty dificult to read white type on a white background. Perhaps outlined type would show up better?
On the Alota one, once again the type is very hard to read because it is so light. Also, on page two, the “For sellers” sentence ends rather abruptly.
just my thoughts…
Hi Claire,
I am interested and am about to order new ones
Thanks David, The text on the Alota Home Inspecions one had cut off text that I missed
