Or could there be something that’s printable after successful completion that’s printable with your name on it class information, credits, etc?

most of the above listed courses are accepted by AIA and others as part of that acceptance the provider emails you a completion certificate after you have finished it.

Certificates are awarded as well as being graded on your performance.
