When I ask a question about requirements for licensing, no one seems to know.

1. If required to have completed 100 inspections. Who is the person or dept. that regulates this information ?

2. Ride-along, is there a standard price. Seems like whatever number pops in to their head

John,

I see you are new to the board, welcome!

You will get a better response if you post this question under "legislation" http://www.nachi.org/bbsystem/viewforum.php?f=34

John:

Here is the PA Law. E&O and Full Compliance is required to perform a Home Inspection for a Buyer with an Inspection Contingency within their Agreement of Sale.

Successful completion of the NACHI On-Line test alone does not make you PA Compliant.
