I have been with InterNACHI for a few years now. I just got a phone call from Mohave valley, Az. A fast-talking middle eastern accented man came on telling me I should allow him to have access to my InterNACHI account so he can make my business more marketable. He says he is looking at my Facebook and Websight and can help. I knew it was a scam right off so I tell him no way am I getting on anything or allowing him any access. I have no website by the way. I call him out and we go back and forth. He finally gets so pissed he says" InterNACHI is the scam and you will be closing down your business soon, you will see" then hangs up. This is just days after I allowed InterNACHI to publish my business name in their “find an inspector” directory. Anyone else have something similar lately?
Don’t waste your time talking! Just hang up.
If I do answer the phone, they rarely get more than a half dozen words out. About as many as they can during the time it takes me to look down and find the end call button.
Tell him that your Uncle, who is an American prince, just passed away and left you a very healthy inheritance. You need to park the money somewhere and will pay him $50K if you could park it into his bank account. Just send you all his banking accounts and information.
He’ll probably hang up after the first sentence…

If someone mentions INACHI on the phone or in an email, there is a 99% chance it’s a scam.
Thanks, I should have done just that. I despise scammers and just had to waste his time asking him to repeat everything he said and explain things over and over. In the end he got nothing except completely irate because I would not give him any info and I was being so difficult.

Yep, usually as soon as I hear background noise from all the other telemarketers, I just hang up.
I like the ones who are going to guarantee you a page one Google listing. I always ask what their company name is and Google it while they’re giving their spiel. Usually their company is waaaaay down below page one and I ask them how they’re gonna make MY company a page one listing when theirs isn’t…they usually hang up at that point. Always makes me smile. (Obviously only when I have spare time 
)
