Finally made the jump to thermal, and boy am I loving it. Today I found a leaking skylight, that I had just given the “visual once over”, before deciding to scan them. It popped right out at me, a kidney shaped dark spot in the ceiling.
Yesterday, I did a spot inspection from someone claiming they were loosing heat. After crawling in the crawl space, I found a hole in the ductwork large enough to fit Tom cruise in. How did I survive without it?
