This was a not so nice and very old four plex. The tenants had put up with it for quite a while. Said the landlord never gets around to fixing anything. They had jammed rags down the drain pipe to reduce spillage into the laundry closet (which was outside under a roof over carport). It seemed to be a favorite for the neighborhood kids as the water would drain off the roof like Niagra Falls. Also drainage problems inside the unit at the toilet, but not as bad. It was this photo that prompted me to figure out how to post messages and pics rather than just reading and viewing all of yours. Anyway, glad you all enjoyed it.
