Is this what is meant by proper "“Grounding”? The is plenty of ground around it… I actually had to dig to uncover it this far. Then I found plenty of other fun stuff…

The fun part was there was no GEC in sight and several grounds in the panel were not connected to anything...
And this was only the electrical...
