The neutral does not appear to be isolated - it’s wire for 240v with fuses that are not coupled - it’s not a great illustration, but what else are you seeing?

this statement should be pointing to the neutral bus only.

The ground bus may already be grounded to the enclosure, but no harm in putting another screw or strap to the box.

This is one reason why we prefer books from NFPA to things you find at the Home Depot. With a several million pros looking them over each cycle errors get corrected quickly.
