Bubba. You videos as far from media quality and not beneficial as usable source by any accredited educational institution that wishes to remain a professional accredited source. Far from it. Much like your crud juvenile writing skills, they leave you open to ridicule by any qualified professional.

Now. …About your highly suspect CPI. No answer on to how someone of your writing abilities is able to read and acquire the distinguished title?

Bobby, there are at least some people, some HI’s here and some homeowners who understand what i’m showing them, problem is, YOU n your lil fwwwiends don’t understand them

Accredited educational institution? hahahahaa!!! Really, well…
a) i could give a sht
b) that would be their problem, if they are anything like you then they are part of the problem, NOT the solution

Guess what Bobby, you nor any Bozo’s Big Top accredited educational insti-DORKtion have MY hands-on exerience n knowledge on this subject, nor my honesty, so sprinkle that on your lil muffin sandwich but Bobby, don’t choke on it… got MILK?

and how the hell is it that YOU Bobby socks think you have the hands on knowledge n experience to even begin to try n tell my stinky azz how to waterproof, how many jobs have you done and guaranteed and why don’t you post videos of any you have done, i’d like to see the inside and outside of every job you have done, if any, got DAT? Show us man, lets see yer sht, if not, maybe shut the yapper down on this subject

Bubba. I operated earth moving equipment and repaired pour concrete foundation cracks with an ASTM method using bar steel inserted into the original pour concrete foundation >< 8" and 4" deep into the wythe of the foundation running parallel the foundation.
The bar steel where 16" inches in total length, staggered to oppose each projected bar steel, much like a zipper on a par of trousers.
The term of the repair was termed “Zipper seam repair.”
Once the poured concrete was repaired and cured, and I helped the process with an accelerator, I undated the blockage in perimeter drainage field by replacing the field of aggregate with clean washed 3/4 inch aggregate. Weep tiles were cleaned or replaced followed by cleaning the perimeter drainage tiles completely. I have yet to find ‘any cracks’ in the work I completed up to 20 years ago. Mind you there were under 20.

It was of my opinion, the perimeter field blockages where the primary source of water entering under the footing, between the footing and foundation or through cracks in a poured concrete basement.
Wet heavy water laden soil being the catalyst for physical concrete damage.

Mr. Anderson. Are you not an accredited member of InterNACHI?

SHOW us your work, show us those leaky basements inside and out, there’s several reasons why an honest sob like me wants to see the inside n out Bobby so, slap em up here

“perimeter field blockages” loloolllllllllllllllll yeah okay, well then SHOW us all, shut it and post videos of it like my azz does, are you 'ffffraid???

and if you were sooooo good at it and you were Mr Big Shot then why are you now a HI? Did you hurt your lil knee or something? huh? hahahaa oh man

Hey Bobster… my offer stands, come do ONE job with us, i’ll pay ya, come on let’s see what ya got bro.

are you afraid you’ll learn something, see something different? Afraid you’ll see first hand a bunch of things that goes against what you’ve said and told homeowners? And Bob’s… by all means YOU can talk to the homeowner… ask THEM if Unc Bubb’s is pfffttt ‘professional’ in the way he talks to them, in the way he goes about finding their problem, shtt you can talk to as many homeowners we have done work for, or will, as you like, how’s that Bobster? I got NUTTIN to hide.

The reasoning behind my offence towards you is you offensive language and how you treat others.
Note the insignia on your profile. It accredits you with CPI designation.
Mark. Read your COE.

The reason I stopped preforming manual labor, I became a home inspector.

Again I ask you, Mark due to your writing to read skills. How did you complete the CPI course?

Bobster!!! lolollllllllllllllllllllllllooolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

come and experience what REAL professional waterproofing guys go through, come SEE first hand, on site, what most homeowners problems are and talk to the homeowners and ask THEM about the OTHER estimates they received from interior basement system companies… then you go home and jump back on forum and you can then give a full thorough report on Uncle Bubba…to the world lol…

all tests Bubba takes, i guess all answers so, i guess Bubbmilk just got lucky bro! I’ve never read your COE, dunno what CPI stands for lol , i do waterproofing n foundation repair Bob… am not an HI, am not interested in becoming an HI, i mean, hellllllllllllllllllo, that’s your guys and gals gig, and to ALL the good n honest HI’s out there, many of us appreciate you

Pictures please or is this a farce as usual?

Be sure to post video of that (IF it ever happens)!!

(Not holding my breath).

After 40 plus years in construction, I have never heard, seen or read of a “foundation zipper repair”. In fact, I highly doubt such a repair is adequate since all those drilled holes would weaken the concrete near the crack. Sorry, but I side with this being a farce.

I agree Mike, and I built a lot of foundations and never heard of such a thing or read about it.
The usual bull crap.

Are you referring to that CMI from Canada? (Since he like to drop letters like Xanax)!!

Confused Mental Inspector (CMI) Yep, that’s what it is.

Mr. Cyr. With all due respect, I operated equipment and worked on small and large scale residential commercial projects as site supervisor including my own company. Unusual. No. I preferred larger jobs. Employed the men longer. Did not move as often.

I operated many pieces of equipment for varying duties. Hoists, Diggers, Hauling, Bob Cats, Articulating Areal Platforms with up to 70’ foot reach, had Hydro Quebec. Gas metropolitan, Bell Canada mark lines on grade, move Transformers, etc, etc, etc.

You appear to be lacking in respect the past few years. You associate and align with an individual that can not write to read and uses profanity at the drop of a hat.
Too bad.
So sad.

Your choice. Definitely not mine.

Best regards.
Robert

Seems to me he’s finally got on the same page that many of us have been on since your first day here!!!

Welcome Marcel!!!

hahaha CMI… mental ahahaha! funny stuff

Bobby, hey… it’s cool, wonderful you operated different equipment and apparently was a site SUP, okay cool… but doing that did not give you hands-on experience on waterproofing basements, foundation repair, no sir. Say again, what you and some others previously did… that’s great, cool, but that is NOT what we do so how is it that you and a few others here think you have the same experience/knowledge in waterproofing when the truth is, you don’t. Not knocking ya man, just saying sheesh.

Here, i do NOT have much experience operating equipment and zero experience on operating the equipment you did, except a bobster-cat… see? lolol YOU have the experience/knowledge in doing that stuff, not me, i would never begin to try and tell you how to operate a-b-c, but you and some others try and tell me how to waterproof basements, how to repair foundation walls.
